the election is coming

For the first time in 28 years an election is approaching and I have no idea who I am going to vote for. Mark my words, I WILL vote, just need to decide am I voting in protest, the best chance, even though unlikely, to get rid of the , long term, sitting MP, or am I voting on principle and if so who best represents the values I hold dear? I have many concerns that I need to weigh up and see if my little X will make any difference. Benefits....many would label me as a benefit scrounger Disabilities....I am very concerned that those, especially with hidden disabilities, are becoming victimised by an un-understanding public driven by a very vocal right wing press. The NHS... waiting times are not being meet but how can the country continue to pump so much money into the service The environment.... I am very opposed to nuclear power stations , would love more solar panel and wind farm policies. The wider world.... its becoming increasing unstable, wars in Middle East and Eastern Europe, countries still struggling with recession, lone wolf terrorism, religion being used as a divisive weapon when it should be a uniting one plus many other topics that raise their head on the daily news broadcasts.

starting off

I intend to try and explore my thoughts on life today, firstly in the run up to the General Election in May 2015. looking at life from one of the faceless little peoples point of view.
